CueDJ ("the Software") is made and sold by Sindro LLC, a California limited liability company ("we," "us"). These terms cover your use of the Software and of cuedj.ai (the "Site"). By installing the Software or using the Site, you agree to them.
When you purchase a license, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on up to two (2) machines you own or control, on macOS and/or Windows. A Founder License includes all updates released in the 1.x version line at no additional charge. The license is perpetual for the versions it covers. It does not expire and nothing deactivates if you stop interacting with us.
You may not resell, sublicense, rent, or distribute the Software; circumvent license enforcement; or use the Software to build a competing automated-mixing product by extracting its analysis outputs at scale.
The trial provides the full feature set for 14 days at no charge and requires no payment method. Paid licenses may be refunded within 14 days of purchase for any reason. Email hello@cuedj.ai from your purchase address. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive your card details.
The Software analyzes audio files locally on your machine. We do not receive, store, or claim any rights over your music, your analysis data, your set plans, or your room audio. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to play the audio you load. This includes any public-performance licensing required if you use the Software in a commercial venue, exactly as with any other player.
Early-access builds are provided so you can use the product while it matures. They may contain bugs, and features marked as roadmap items on the Site are not promises of delivery dates. We may add, change, or remove features between builds within the 1.x line.
The Software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sindro LLC's total liability arising out of these terms or the Software is limited to the amount you paid for your license. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, for the avoidance of doubt, an empty dance floor).
If we change these terms, we'll update the date above and, for material changes, note it in release notes or by email to license holders. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for any dispute is Los Angeles County, California.
